Practice Overview You'll join a collegial team of 5 physicians and 8 APPs in a physician-led, hospital-employed model Outpatient primary care; no OB or pediatrics required; telehealth hospitalist manages inpatient care FMOB spots are available but NOT required. Brand-new $40M facility opened in Q1 2026 with 54 exam rooms, 12 procedure rooms, and full in-house diagnostics Collaborative culture with dedicated clinical and administrative support for each provider Schedule Flexible schedule options 4.5 day work-week for full-time and you can choose your half day schedule! Part-time options are available as well Opportunity to customize patient panel (Only if YOU want) toward geriatrics, chronic care, or general adult medicine Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed base salary of $375,000-$400,000 for 3 years Bonus! RVU productivity bonuses $50,000-$75,000 sign-on bonus or $120,000 for 5 year commitment Relocation reimbursement IPERS pension, 403(b), $4,000 CME, malpractice with tail, and 30 days PTO IPERS Pension is one of the last of its kind!
