Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA At least 1 year of previous PT experience EPIC experience Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current Physical Therapist / PT experience Facility Type: Home Health Shift: Days Shift Start: 0800 Traveler will work 4 days in outpatient clinic and 1 day in acute care On call on Saturday 0700-1200 and Sunday 0700-1100 Candidate may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses Fort Dodge, IA offers a blend of urban and outdoor experiences.
