Our client, a leading medical technology organization in the manufacturing industry , is seeking a Logistics Scheduler to join their team in Forest City, IA. As a Logistics Scheduler, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting production and supply chain teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Logistics Scheduler Location: Forest City, IA (100% Onsite, 2 nd Shift – Mon-Fri or Weekend Shift – Fri-Sun 7am-7pm (36-Hrs, can work details to make similar to 40-Hr week)) Pay Range: $18.00/HR Benefits Contract Duration: 12-Months W2 Contract, potential to extend/convert Job Function: Coordinate production schedules to meet customer needs and ensure work order requirements are fulfilled. Assist in controlling inventory and process orders by recording scheduling data, standards, and special instructions. Coordinate daily workload with team members to ensure timely completion of work orders and demand requirements. Support rapid response requirements for various product lines to maintain operational efficiency. Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall team success. Required Qualifications: Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and other departments. Ability to adapt quickly to changing demands and prioritize tasks accordingly. Experience with inventory control and order processing is preferred.
