Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Nursing Specialty: Pediatrics Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights or rotating days and nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of Pediatric experience, at least 1 travel contract completed License: Active Iowa license Certifications: - BLS (AHA) - ACLS (AHA) - PALS (AHA) - NRP Must-Have: - Pediatric experience with Vapotherm - Comfortable floating to General Med Surg - No employment with previous agency in the past 12 months Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with a specialty in Pediatrics. The ideal candidate will contribute professional and clinical knowledge in the management of care for pediatric patients. This position may require floating within the same discipline across local campuses. Candidates must have a taxable address more than 60 miles from the facility. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:3. Professional experience in Pediatrics is required, with a preference for candidates who have completed previous travel contracts. A current Nursys report and a skills checklist specific to Pediatric nursing must be provided. Candidates should have references from a charge nurse, supervisor, or director from the past 24 months. All certifications must be current and valid at the time of submission.
