Implement patient therapy programs as directed, adjust techniques as necessary. Document patient responses and progress in detailed reports. Educate patients and families about treatment plans and maintenance exercises. Maintain equipment and ensure treatment areas are functional and safe. Assist with patient mobility and transportation within the treatment facility. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient treatment and recovery. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to follow detailed instructions and therapy plans. Proficiency in documenting and reporting patient progress. Skills in using therapy equipment safely and effectively. Capability to handle physical demands such as moving or lifting patients.
