Job Description Job Description project manager About the Role: Seeking an experienced Project Manager to support industrial, distribution, mission critical, and commercial real estate projects in a rapidly growing Southeast market. This office serves federal, industrial, distribution, retail, and institutional sectors and has a strong push into data center and mission critical construction. Key Responsibilities: Lead project delivery from preconstruction handoff through closeout Manage schedules, budgets, contracts, procurement, and design coordination Oversee field operations in partnership with superintendents Coordinate with structural trade partners on tilt wall, precast, or large structural concrete scopes Maintain strong client relationships and support repeat business development Ensure quality, safety, and alignment with mission critical and industrial requirements Qualifications: 5 years experience in industrial, tilt wall, precast, distribution, or data center construction Strong understanding of large scale concrete systems, industrial MEP coordination, and structural workflows Ability to lead multiple stakeholders: owners, designers, engineers, and field teams Experience with scheduling, risk management, cost control, and subcontractor oversight Strong communication and problem solving skills Why This Opportunity: Join a rapidly expanding Southeast team with a strong presence in commercial, industrial, and mission critical markets Work on large, high visibility projects backed by a national construction platform with decades of experience Growth opportunity into senior PM or market leadership roles - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
