Job Description Job Description Senior Program Manager We are a national construction management firm with 7 offices around the country. We work lead construction projects from coast to coast specializing in the healthcare fields. We oversee projects from small clinics to new construction of hospital complexes. We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead complex healthcare development projects from early feasibility through construction and closeout. This role sets project objectives, manages resources, and ensures delivery aligned with client priorities, regulatory requirements, and budget and schedule targets. The position will cover projects throughout central and north Florida, and can be done fully remote with some travel to meet with investors and oversee project completion. What you need 1 0 years of progressive healthcare project management experience, including large-scale capital projects ($100M-$500M) Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management Proven ability to lead planning, design, preconstruction, negotiations, scheduling, and multidisciplinary coordination Strong budgeting, contract, and schedule management skills Excellent communication and data analysis abilities Ability to work with executive-level healthcare clients and manage multiple complex projects independently Proficiency in Microsoft Office; e-Builder experience preferred What you will be doing Guide feasibility analysis, visioning sessions, and early planning with senior healthcare leaders Serve as primary liaison with client administration, property managers, and vendors Lead qualification, selection, and contract negotiations for architects, engineers, consultants, and construction partners Oversee programming, planning, site analysis, and design development Manage development budgets, schedules, and required public approvals Direct the design process, review construction documents, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards Evaluate construction allowances, contingencies, and general conditions Provide construction administration, including change order review and contractor performance oversight Monitor safety, quality, and infection prevention practices Lead cost control, monthly reporting, and invoicing Coordinate procurement and installation of medical equipment, signage, and furniture Prepare presentations and performance reports for client leadership and governing bodies Collaborate with internal teams to support client goals and organizational success Use e-Builder for project management and documentation Represent the organization through thought leadership and client engagement Benefits Base Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 Full Medical, Dental, Vision 401k w/ match PTO Paid Holidays Some Travel Required (less than 20%) Strong Bonus Structures - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
