Base salary up to $80k Performance-based bonus Comprehensive Benefits Package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401k, EAP Generous PTO, Sick Leave, Holidays Hybrid Remote Job Details Work Hybrid Remote Cost, supply chain and inventory accounting Evaluate daily cost accounting activities to improve cost control and calculation methods. Work with staff to address all cost-related issues. Provide analysis, develop written processes, and train team members on cross-functional operations. Plan, direct, and coordinate all cost accounting functions, including managing costs related to raw material purchases, inventory, supply chain, and labor. Analyze changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods, rate schedules, or services to understand their impact on costs. Compare factors affecting product or service prices and profitability. Establish, monitor, and enforce accounting policies and procedures. Manage the accumulation and consolidation of financial data for accurate business results. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including preparing information for financial audits. Prepare financial reports and analyses, including variance details. Develop and monitor business performance metrics. Evaluate accounting software and processes to ensure timely and accurate information. Serve as the main point of contact for cost reporting and processes. Needed: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred Experience in cost accounting and either inventory, supply chain or manufacturing Strong understanding of accounting principles, policies, and procedures. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
