Job Details Job Details: Are you a skilled CNC Machinist/Programmer looking for an exciting new opportunity? Our company is seeking an experienced professional in the engineering industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machine operation, quality control, blueprint reading, precision measurement, programming CNC machines, troubleshooting, machine set-up, metal fabrication, computer aided manufacturing (CAM), tooling and fixtures. Responsibilities: As a CNC Machinist/Programmer, you will be responsible for: Operating and maintaining CNC machines to ensure maximum productivity and quality. Interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to produce precise, high-quality parts. Programming CNC machines for automated production. Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the machining process. Setting up machines and equipment, including tooling and fixtures, for specific job runs. Fabricating metal components according to specifications. Utilizing CAM software to streamline and optimize production processes. Conducting regular quality control checks to maintain high standards of production. Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and achieve team goals. Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you must have: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist/Programmer in the engineering industry. Proficiency in operating and programming CNC machines. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and precision measurement. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving machining issues. Familiarity with machine set-up and metal fabrication processes. Proficiency in using CAM software. Experience in tooling and fixtures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Good communication and teamwork skills.
