We even offer pet insurance for your four-legged family members.Early access to earned wages with Daily Pay, tuition reimbursement to help further your career and adoption assistance to help you grow your family.With a collective goal to champion a culture of belonging where everyone feels valued and respected, we honor the ways people are unique and embrace what brings us together.And, we believe equipping you with support and development opportunities is a vital part of delivering an exceptional employment experience.Find a fulfilling career and make a difference with UnityPoint Health.Responsibilities:Provide In-Home Speech Therapy Conduct initial and comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver speech therapy interventions to improve language, swallowing, cognition, and memory deficits.Collaborate on Patient Care Plans Work with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement home health care plans that align with best practices and ensure high-quality patient outcomes.Ensure Safe & Effective Therapy Utilize appropriate treatment modalities, communication devices, and therapy techniques while maintaining patient safety and delivering exceptional care in accordance with agency policies.Qualifications:Masters degree in speech-language pathology Licensed as a speech-language pathologist by the state(s) where providing servicesIf state does not require SLP license completion of 350 clock hours of supervised clinical practicum; completions of 9 months of supervised full-time speech-language pathology services after obtaining a masters or doctoral degree; and completion of a national examination in speech-language pathology approved by the Secretary of Health and Human Services.One year experience caring for similar patient population as to be assigned.#UPAH123by Jobble More...
