Click here: -As a Critical Care Director at MercyOne, you will: - Provide leadership for the strategic and operational direction for the Emergency Department, Trauma Program, Stroke Program, Intensive Care Unit, Respiratory Therapy and Peripherally Insterted Central Catheter (PICC) RN's
- Foster interdisciplinary collaborative relationships, using critical thinking and analytical skills to evaluate outcome data, designing and implementing performance improvement strategies based on data
- Ensure all functions are in compliance with regulatory, accrediting and professional standards
- Ongoing evaluation of service delivery/patient experience and implement related improvement strategies
- Works closely with medical directors of service lines to collaborate on advancing clinical and service outcomes and efficiencies
- Responsibilities also include management of human, fiscal, material and environmental resources in accordance with hospital guidelines and organizational philosophiesGeneral Requirements:
- Training Preferred: Certification in Emergency, Trauma, Nursing Administration or -Critical Care
- Licensure/Registration: Registered Nurse in Iowa; Registered Nurse in Illinois within 1 year
- Experience: More than 5 years experience requiredEducation:
