In this role, the Sales Consultant will meet with customers to discuss their needs, promote sales offers, and show prospective customers vehicles. You should understand and present the characteristics, capabilities, and features of vehicles; develop and qualify buyers; and close sales.A typical employee works 5 days a week with a 45-hour workweek.$3,000.00 a month guarantee during your 60 day training period.Our Sales Consultants operate with a consultative approach and are committed to creating a great buying AND ownership experience for our clientele.ResponsibilitiesGreet customers upon arrival to the lot and guide prospects through the sales process.Assist customers to find a vehicle that meets their needs by using the current inventory sheets.Enhance the customer experience and advance sales process by demonstrating the vehicle features on the lotAssist customers in the completion of their sales applicationsAssist management to increase sales by inspecting the lots vehicles daily reporting any problems to the General ManagerAssist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales*Previous Car Sales Experience is preferred in our Used Car DepartmentUpdates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.Ability to overcome objections and close the saleWork with management to negotiate the purchase price; finalize the sale and vehicle delivery.Requirements:Valid Driver's license (Required)Ability to meet sales goalsExcellent interpersonal communication skillsBeing a team player and contributing wherever needed is essentialWillingness to be flexible and take directionAbility to consult and advise others while developing strategiesPunctual with strong attendance historyby Jobble More...
