The Judge Group has partnered with a manufacturer looking for a Production Manager for their team.Responsibilities:Oversee team of production supervisors across shifts including sanitationManage production processes to make sure product is made safely and efficiently while cultivating a safe work environment for all associatesCollaboration with senior leaders in quality, warehouse, safety, engineering, maintenance, and HR Participate on process improvement initiatives to improve processes and upgrades to equipment to achieve efficienciesMonitor KPIs for overall efficiency successQualifications & Requirements:Bachelor's Degree is preferred but will consider additional experience in lieu of a degree5+ years of food or beverage manufacturing management experience is required, including leading salaried direct reportsExperience with new line start up within the plant and line optimization is requiredBilingual Spanish skills are a plus, but not required!
