Coordinates recruitment activities for assigned departments/units including developing recruitment plan, sourcing and screening applicants, interviewing, checking references and making job offer. Collaborates with hiring manager on selection of most qualified candidate and salary quotes.



Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and be extremely flexible on a daily basis in dealing with issues, projects and requests as they arise.
