Typical Day in the LifeA typical day as a Transaction Advisory Services Associate might include:Conduct company-specific due diligence efforts as our clients are looking at growing through acquisitions. Assist in preparation of financial models, due diligence and other materials used in presentations and as support for a deal. Assist in standardizing models, processes and procedures. Interact with clients and target companies explaining accounting, finance, tax, and operational risks and opportunities identified in diligence. Determine the scope of the next project.
Who You Are You have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics. You have experience in accounting or transaction advisory preferred You are inquisitive and have an ability to work through complex accounting and operational topics impacting business. You demonstrate a commitment to exceptional client service. You can see the big picture and have a keen ability to perform analytics and see opportunities in the details. You have knowledge in auditing financial statements and transaction services You have an aptitude to be very flexible and are willing to travel. You are able to manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery and quality work.Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship. Benefits and CompensationOur compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity. Salary Range: $65,000-$90,000 Beyond base salary, Eide Bailly provides benefits such as: generous paid time off, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) profit sharing, life and disability insurance, lifestyle spending account, certification incentives, education assistance, and a referral program.
