Job Title:Desktop Support Technician
Location: ONSITE-Concord, NH
Employment Type: (contract)
Duration: Longterm

seeking a desktop support technician who can help unpack, stage, configure and deploy replacement devices from inventory. They also have to order over 700 more devices in this fiscal year, so this additional resource will ensure they can catch up with the backlog and be in a position to receive newly ordered devices in the coming months.

Previous experience provisioning and deploying desktop hardware including desktops, laptops and peripherals is required. Experience troubleshooting basic desktop laptop/hardware/software issues is required. Experience provisioning equipment with Microsoft technology (SCCM) if preferred but not required.

Responsibilities include:
--- Performs preliminary troubleshooting and technical assistance for hardware and associated software.
--- Resolves customer issues where applicable and within position skill set.
--- Escalates customer issue appropriately.
--- Maintains professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions with customer base and internal/external teams.
--- Unpacking, staging desktop and laptop hardware to prepare for deployment to agency
--- Imaging and installation of software onto devices
