We are seeking a skilled wire EDM machinist that can perform all set-up and operational functions of wire EDM machines required to fabricate medical instruments and implants. Shift: 1st shift, Monday - Thursday (6:00am - 4:30pm) What You’ll Do: Operate and maintain wire EDM machines, finish machines, hand tools, and fixtures. Program EDM machines, verify and test programs. Read and interpret blueprints, inspection check-sheets and instructions. Use basic inspection tools, such as calipers, micrometers, height stands, comparators, etc. Burr removal on all parts where required. Make machine adjustments, tool changes, etc. as required.
