Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles. Travel to multiple Ascension locations, adapting to the unique needs and culture of each community served. Monitor patient health and progress while effectively communicating findings to doctors and other healthcare team members. Instruct patients and their families on proper care, helping them achieve optimal outcomes. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and document all patient interactions with accuracy and clarity. Participate in professional development and training to stay current with the latest healthcare practices and technologies.
