For example, a number of Outlier experts were recently cited in a 2026 Nature publication. \n \n What you will be doing \n \n We are looking for proficient cardiology experts to teach AI how to interpret and solve complex diagnostic and reasoning problems. \n Case synthesis: Design and solve complex clinical scenarios to train AI in high-level diagnostic reasoning. \n Expert peer review: Critique AI-generated reports for scientific rigor, ensuring every output meets the highest standards of clinical soundness. \n Strategic optimization: Rank and refine model outputs, identifying subtle nuances in medical logic to turn raw data into sophisticated clinical insights. \n Dynamic innovation: Adapt your cardiological expertise across various high-impact projects as the technology evolves. \n \n \n What we’re looking for \n \n (Required) Medical degree: MD, DO, MBBS, or equivalent (including residents/fellows) with a specialized focus in Cardiology. \n Clinical experience: Hands-on experience in a healthcare setting; we prioritize practicing or recently practicing clinicians who understand the nuances of patient data. \n Imaging expertise: Demonstrated mastery in interpreting and reporting on diagnostic imaging studies, specifically MRI and CT scans. \n English proficiency: Fluent in reading and writing, with an editorial eye for detail and zero tolerance for clinical ambiguity. \n Analytical rigor: The ability to dissect complex medical content for logical flow, scientific accuracy, and diagnostic soundness. \n More...
