Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical Director specializing in Substance Use Disorders (SUD), located in South Bend, IN. The Clinical Director will oversee all aspects of clinical operations, including managing clinical staff, ensuring compliance with policies and standards, and providing clinical supervision to ensure high-quality care. The individual will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment programs for individuals dealing with substance use and behavioral health challenges. Additional responsibilities include monitoring program outcomes, conducting staff training sessions, and contributing to policy development. Qualifications Strong expertise in Medicine and knowledge of Substance Use Disorders Experience in Clinical Supervision and leading multidisciplinary teams Provide leadership and supervision to therapists, case managers, group facilitators, and interns Proficiency in Mental Health, Psychology, and Behavioral Health principles and practices Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills Master's or Doctorate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling) Licensure as a mental health professional or clinical supervisor (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent) Experience in developing and implementing clinical programs and familiarity with evidence-based practices Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care Collaboration with leadership to enhance and streamline operational and care practices Experience managing staffing and scheduling in a census driven environment preferred More...
