Job Description Anesthesiologist Lebanon, Indiana Full-Time | Hospital-Employed | Physician-Only Practice BAS Healthcare is partnering with Witham Health Services to recruit a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Anesthesiologist to join an established and growing anesthesiology team in Lebanon, IN. This is an excellent opportunity to practice a broad scope of anesthesia in a supportive, physician-only model while maintaining a balanced lifestyle. Position Overview - Full-time, hospital-employed position - Physician-only anesthesia practice (manage 100% of your own cases) - Coverage includes 4 Operating Rooms, 1 OB OR, Endoscopy Suite, and 4 delivery rooms - Case mix includes General, Orthopedic, ENT, GI, Spine, OB/GYN, Breast, Healthy Pediatrics, and Podiatry - Occasional coverage for MRI and Cath Lab - No cardiac, thoracic, or neuro cases - Comfort with basic nerve blocks required Schedule & Call - Variable daily schedule, typically 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM - Average one 24-hour call per week - One weekend every 6–7 weeks - Home call with a 30-minute response time - Position available due to team growth Practice Environment Witham Health Services offers a collaborative, physician-led environment focused on high-quality, patient-centered care.
