This opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule, a diverse case mix, and a collaborative practice model with minimal supervision. Job Details: Location: Logansport, IN (Northern Indiana) Dates: January, 2027 - ongoing weekly PRN Dates Available: April 2, July 20, 21, August 3, September 30 (call only), Oct 31, Nov 23-25, 27-29, Dec 21-25, 31 and ongoing weekly.
