Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Madison, IN Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,120 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Perform all perioperative nursing assessments and reassessments. Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care. Ensure safe surgical preparation, intra‑operative monitoring, and recovery support. Maintain sterile technique and safety protocols. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical technologists. Educate patients and families on surgical care and discharge needs. Delegate appropriately to licensed and unlicensed personnel. Participate in quality improvement and evidence‑based practice initiatives. Support team culture, mentorship, and precepting when needed. Schedule & Work Details 36 hours/week 12-hour shifts (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM) Call Requirement: 7 call shifts per 6‑week period Includes 3 weekend call shifts Days: 3 per week Some flexibility required based on surgical case load Requirements Licensure & Certifications Required: Active Indiana RN License BLS ACLS Education Required: Nursing Diploma OR Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) Required Experience 2 years minimum acute care RN experience Must have OR circulating experience in: ✔ Orthopedics ✔ General surgery ✔ OB/GYN ✔ Ophthalmology (eyes) ✔ Spine EPIC experience required More...
