Monitor, assess, and manage post-surgical patients with high-acuity needs. Administer medications, manage drips, and perform advanced airway/trach care. Perform cardiac and respiratory monitoring with timely interventions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal recovery.
