Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies, including fires, break-ins, and other security breaches. Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services to manage incidents on-site. Implement and monitor emergency response protocols and procedures to ensure swift and effective action. Conduct regular training sessions for security personnel in emergency response techniques. Prepare reports and documentation pertaining to emergency incidents. Assist in developing and updating safety measures and emergency management plans. Maintain communication with clients during high-risk periods to ensure cohesive risk management strategies. Proficiency in emergency response management and incident management systems. Ability to operate security equipment and technology. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to think critically and solve problems under pressure.
