Perform rescue and firefighting duties, manage hazardous material incidents, and provide medical assistance. Participate in extensive drills and physical fitness training to maintain readiness. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of fire equipment and hydrants. Prepare and present public fire education and prevention programs. Participate in continuous education and training activities to enhance firefighting skills and knowledge. Maintain records and prepare incident reports. Participate in community service activities. Adeptness in emergency response and firefighting techniques. Proficient in using firefighting and rescue equipment. Ability to remain composed and make quick decisions under pressure. Effective interpersonal communication skills. Physical endurance and stamina. Basic life support and first aid capabilities.
