Doctor of Medicine | Geriatrics Location: Mishawaka, IN Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position A Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) program in Mishawaka, Indiana is seeking a Board Certified physician in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with Geriatric specialization to serve as Medical Director . The role provides clinical leadership and oversight for comprehensive geriatric care , focusing on frail and elderly populations , ensuring quality clinical outcomes and coordinated patient-centered care. The Medical Director will supervise primary care providers and advanced practice providers, oversee clinical operations and quality programs, and guide interdisciplinary care teams . Responsibilities include developing medical policies, managing chronic disease care for elderly participants, conducting patient evaluations, and collaborating with caregivers and healthcare teams to support holistic care across various care settings.
