Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Fort Wayne, IN Agency: Cynet Health Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Start Date: 3/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Surgical Duration: Direct Hire Shift: 7pm - 7:30am Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Requires RN experience in an acute setting License: Must have a nursing diploma or ASN/BSN Certifications: CPR certification; additional certifications may be required for specified areas Must-Have: Must be able to lift 50 pounds and assist with 100 pounds. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Description: This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus. Multiple surgical units are available for candidates to choose from. The 2-Surgical unit consists of 35 beds and features lower to moderate levels of acuity. Patient stays are short-term with a variety of diagnoses. Common cases include COPD, pneumonia, nursing home placements, alcohol withdrawal, and drug dependency. Surgeries performed in this unit include appendectomy, cholecystectomy, gynecological procedures, and orthopedic injuries. Qualified RNs will receive competitive pay and additional incentives.
