Job Description Assembly Operator – 1st Shift We are seeking a motivated Assembly Operator with prior experience in manufacturing or production environments. Candidates should be able to multi-task and work safely in a fast-paced setting. Our company, located in Brookston, IN, is a growing manufacturer primarily known for steerable hydraulic drive axles. Job Summary The Assembly Operator supports the production line by assembling and testing parts according to specifications, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This role requires adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail. Job Duties 1. Assemble and test products to print specifications 2. Use tools to eliminate waste and improve product quality 3. Notify Team Leader of any material shortages 4. Work collaboratively within a team to meet production deadlines 5. Adapt to different areas of the production line as needed Pay $17.00 per hour Schedule - Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM EST Experience or Skill Requirements 1. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment 2. Basic math skills 3. Ability to read a tape measure and follow specifications 4. Physical ability to stand, sit, bend, twist, and lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs 5.
