Job Description Now is your chance to join a physician-owned Interventional Pain Management company located in Lafayette, Indiana. They have seven clinics and two Surgical centers in Kokomo and Lafayette. They are seeking an Interventional Pain Physician or a Pain Management and Rehabilitation Physician who is able to perform EMGs in their Kokomo office. Annual guaranteed salary ranging from $450,000 to $550,000, depending on experience for the first two years. In the third year, the physician will transition to an RVU model. Our physicians enjoy a 4 day work week. An ownership option in our Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) may be available after two years of employment. EMR - PrognoCis for pain management.
