Job Description Title: Regional Medical Director (PCP) Location: Kokomo OR Jeffersonville, IN Shift: Full-time Responsibilities: Work with regional program director on contracts with specialty and long-term care providers Establish medical service delivery contacts and maintain provider relationships Recruit, interview, credential, hire, and evaluate primary care providers Supervise and orient clinical team members to maintain care quality Confer with program director on standards for care, satisfaction, enrolment, emergency preparedness, and more Assist in developing policy and procedures related to medical care Requirements: MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family / Internal Medicine (Geriatric Medicine preferred) Completion of Internal Medicine Residency Minimum 5 years of experience with senior care ( required ) Minimum 2 years in long-term care with frail elderly population Medical Directors Certification preferred Valid driver's license Strong leadership, communication, and supervisory skills Benefits: Malpractice coverage All Benefits provided For more info, please reach me at (210) 624-8683 / manisha.palli@protouchstaffing.com More...
