This bonus will be paid in increments of $1,250 every three months for your first year of employment, contingent upon maintaining full-time status with us. Responsibilities: Perform high-quality vehicle repairs across various systems including Engine Repair, Drive Train/Axles, Suspension/Steering, Brakes, Electrical, Heating/Air Conditioning, and Engine Performance. Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Fulfill other duties as assigned by the shop foreman. Requirements: ASE Certification. At least 18 years old. Valid driver's license. Minimum of 2 years automotive repair experience, focusing on under-car repairs, braking systems, and alignments. Ability to lift objects weighing up to 75 pounds. Comfortable working in a workshop environment with physical demands and extended periods of standing. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, hardworking, and efficient.
