Maintain timely and accurate records of therapy sessions, interventions, and treatments. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan or coordinate treatment, drawing on social and behavioral health resources as necessary. Stay current with advances in mental health, including methods, techniques, and interventions through ongoing education. Provide crisis intervention as needed. Guide patients through their mental health journey by providing coping strategies and tools. Proficient in various therapeutic modalities and techniques such as CBT, DBT, or psychoanalysis.
