Prepare and organize the operating room equipment, instruments, and supplies as required for various surgical procedures. Assist surgical team in putting on gloves, gowns, and other sterile attire during operations. Provide technical assistance to surgeons, surgical nurses, or anesthesiologists. Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and provide instruments and supplies to surgeons during procedures. Maintain a sterile environment to ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements. Assist in counting sponges, needles, and instruments before and after operation. Prepare specimens for laboratory analysis. Clean and restock the operating room following surgery, preparing it for the next procedure.
