Provide supervision to pharmacy technicians and support staff ensuring the safe operation of the pharmacy. Stay informed about current industry trends, new drugs, and clinical practices through continual education and professional development. Assist with health promotion and disease prevention activities such as vaccinations, screenings, and workshops. Strong knowledge of pharmacology and the pharmacodynamics of prescribed medications. Excellent communication skills for effective patient consultations. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
