In this role, you will analyze data, develop control plans, and implement solutions to meet and exceed customer quality standards. Develop and standardize inspection methods, tools, and control plans. Collaborate with engineering teams to understand part applications and resolve quality issues. Oversee 1st article inspections, PPAP submissions, and device calibration. Address non-conformances using the 8D problem-solving methodology. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality Assurance (preferred). 1 or more years of experience in a metal fabrication environment (e.g., stamping, laser cutting, or assembly).
