Job Title: Accounting Manager Location: Auburn, IN Salary Range: $92,000 - $114,000 annually (including bonuses) Employment Type: Full-Time, 100% On Site Department: Finance & Accounting Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Accounting Manager to join our growing team. This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of accounting operations, and understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). The Accounting Manager will serve as the D365 Accounting Super User, oversee all core accounting functions, and actively contribute to cross-departmental initiatives and financial decision-making processes. The Accounting Manager should be highly motivated, confident with their skills, and not afraid to get involved with projects. Key Responsibilities: Act as the D365 Accounting Super User , leading system processes, improvements, and support across the accounting department Oversee and manage all general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, month-end close, journal entries, and financial reporting Maintain and enhance the cost accounting structure and support the development and maintenance of the company's cost model Collaborate with finance leadership and other departments to ensure accurate, timely, and strategic financial insights Lead and develop a small team of accounting professionals, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence Ensure all accounting activities adhere to internal controls, GAAP, and company policies Be a part of company-wide initiatives, offering financial and operational input as a strategic partner Continuously review and improve accounting processes to drive efficiency and scalability Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance related fields.
