Allied Health Department Pharmacy Schedule Full-time Facility Community Hospital North 7150 Clearvista Drive Indianapolis, IN 46256 United States Shift Day Job Hours Days; Monday - Friday. 8 hour shifts between 7:00am-6:00pm Bi-weekly, benefited. Make a Difference In this role, you will collaborate with department Directors to shape and steer operational activities, ensuring both financial and operational objectives are achieved in alignment with network goals. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate operations within the Specialty Pharmacy. Support the delivery of safe, effective, and cost-efficient medications for patients in the specialty area. Engage in educational activities and contribute to guideline/policy development and implementation. Lead operational workflow improvements and performance enhancement initiatives. Foster professional development and continuous improvement within the team. Your Exceptional Skills and Qualifications Coordinating Pharmacy Staff: Overseeing pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support staff to ensure efficient and effective operations Inventory Management: Overseeing the ordering, receipt, and storage of pharmaceutical supplies to maintain adequate inventory levels Communication: Communicates vision to operational staff Collaboration: Working with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and ensure the best outcomes Individuals may not perform all of these duties, or may perform additional, related duties not listed here. Doctorate Degree : Doctor of Pharmacy degree or equivalent advanced degree in pharmacy. (Required) 5+ years: Successful completion of an ASHP accredited Pharmacy PGY1 Residency and PGY2 Pharmacy Residency or equivalent experience. Experience with QA/QI processes preferred Certified Specialty Pharmacist (CSP) credential (Preferred) Apply today for immediate consideration. Why Community?
