This flexible position offers opportunities to work part house calls and part Senior Living Communities (SLC). This role allows for full-time, part-time, or PRN work, with a minimum requirement of 18 hours per week of direct patient care.Quick Glance: Type: Full-time, Part-time, or PRN Minimum Hours: 18 hours per week required for direct patient care Availability: Regular weekly availability, including 3 weekdays Population: Geriatric Care Setting: A mix of house calls and care in Senior Living Communities (SLC), billed as Medicare Part BJob Responsibilities: Provide community-based outpatient services (Medicare Part B) in homes and Senior Living Communities. Deliver 1-on-1 direct patient care to a well-balanced caseload of geriatric patients.
