Position Summary/ObjectiveThe Payroll & Accounting clerk will be responsible for processing the weekly payroll for 300employees. This includes weekly & monthly commissions for sales staff, technicians, and managers.We use ADP currently as our payroll processor. There will also be accounting department duties suchas vehicle deal processing, accounts payable, & accounts receivable. This is a fast-pacedenvironment that works as a team.Essential Functions/Duties/ResponsibilitiesCalculating commissions for sales and managers (weekly & monthly)Calculating technician payrolls.Process payroll for the current level of 300 employees.Process on-demand payroll checks.Assist in the accounting department - which could includeo Vehicle sales processingo Accounts Receivableso Accounts Payables.
