They act as the primary liaison and customer representative throughout the implementation process, solution correlation, and ongoing clinical application support. Their duties include planning and coordinating implementation, providing tailored customer training, and problem-solving issues that arise during the solution's life cycle. They offer on-site advisory support, act as advisors on customer issues, and drive efficiency and optimization through independent analysis. They also identify opportunities for new system consumables, possess advanced knowledge in their respective areas, and may be involved in project management and business process reviews. Maintaining and improving the quality system is crucial, and regular attendance is essential.Who you are: - Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Cell Biology or Biochemistry, or Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, and/or relevant experience
- 3 years of previous experience in a clinical laboratory or IT in a clinical lab environmentPreferred Qualifications:
