IT Web Intern Department: IT Employment Type: Internship Location: US - Indiana - Fort Wayne Description The internship will focus on supporting the development of Franklin Electric's public facing websites as part of the IT Digital Customer Experience (DCX) group. The selected candidate will work alongside existing team members to achieve assigned project goals outlined by supporting management team. The candidate will be able to gain exposure to business involvement on a global platform while building relationships and meeting project deadlines. Key Responsibilities Service Operation - Responds to internal customers to resolve their technology problems.
- Enters and manages Incident and Service Request tickets in ServiceNow.
(IT Service Management Application). - Assists with the setup and configuration of websites.
- Assists with remediation of internal vulnerability audits.
- Work with business team members to gather requirements for websites.
- Potential to work on development tasks. Operation Management
- Aid in the administration of websites, digital asset management system (DAM), Product Information System (PIM), Project management System (Workfront)
- Performs other related duties as required or assigned. Skills Knowledge and Expertise

- Enrolled in College (required).
