Candidates must have exceptional knowledge of civil procedure, evidence and trial strategy and possess outstanding written and oral advocacy skills. Competitive candidates will be well organized, detail oriented and able to independently manage a caseload where all work is time sensitive. You will be working in a hybrid environment, with some required presence in the office and some remote. Work arrangements could change over time based on business needs.QualificationsWe are looking for candidates with:

• Must have a law degree from ABA accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
• Must have active license to practice law in Indiana and be a member in good standing with the state bar
• 2-10 years of civil litigation experience preferably in insurance defense
• Experience presenting and cross-examining expert and lay witnesses is a plus but not required
• Experience working in a paperless environment
• Experience directing support staff on clerical and administrative matters related to lawsuit handling
• Strong automation/technological skills for lawsuit handling and courtroom presentation
• Illinois law license and/or bilingual a plus but not required
• Applicants are required to be eligible to lawfully work in the U.S. immediately; employer will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work opportunity
• Potential salary range: $110,550-$184,800
