To observe and assess individual resident needs in all areas, including physical, emotional, spiritual, and social and to assist in developing care plans to meet those needs. To assist in the initial and ongoing training of nursing aid staff. To work as a team to meet the needs of our residents and their family members in excellent customer service.Qualifications: LPN with a current Indiana license in good standing.CPR/First Aid Certification preferred, but will provide after orientation if neededPassion for caring for the elderly.
