Hourly rate may change based on shift length.-$1162.00 in non-taxable stipend*Actual amount subject to eligibility and seasonal/annual adjustments1. General job duties. Types of procedures required. Diagnostic Radiology (x-ray) and CT. Stroke certified facility. 2. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.) CT GE Optima 660, Digital xray room GE Optima xr646, digital portable x-ray GE Optima 220Charting- Epic Radiant (EMR), PACs Philips3. Required skills and minimum years of experience. Able to multitask. Proficient in diagnostic imaging and CT.4. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc)ARRT, CPR, IN state license5. Shift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone? Is call required? If so, how often? Are weekends required?) No call. Approximately every 4th/5th weekend. 6. Floating to other units/departments. (If so, to which units/departments?)no floating7. Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept.30 bed inpatient facility opens in January. Currently 13 ED beds and walk-in outpatients. 8. Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. (nursing only)NA9. Dress Code:Pewter/dark grey scrubs10. Tell us about the unit/department specific training and orientation program.Parkview New Hire Orientation, EPIC training (our EMR system), department orientation and computer based learningAdditional Comments:Additional 2nd shift responsibilities are stocking and prepping for the next day.
