General responsibilities include:
- Provide technical support for reporting solutions that are beyond the range of reports available at PG
- Produces report by executing or modifying existing programs and following development processes
- Provides quality assurance support by ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliverablesDuties and Responsibilities
- Under the direction of report developers or senior CRA members, this individual will independently modify and execute on the production of developed reports.
- Execute complex database queries to collect and transform data into organized data structures (e.g. statistical summary "cubes" with clearly structured facts and dimensions). Related tasks include maintaining and modifying programs (typically with SQL, R, or SPSS)
- Produce well organized reports such as: data files (e.g. .csv, .xlsx), static summaries (e.g. pdf reports) , or dashboards, using appropriate tools (Excel, VBA, SPSS, R, Python, Tableau, PowerBI).
- Maintain, a high volume of reports that are expected to be delivered error free and on-time.
- Provides quality assurance support by reviewing programs, validating output against: a "single source of truth", reporting criteria (e.g. eligibility rules and dates), formatting criteria (e.g. field names, date formats). Adhere to QA process, track quality metrics and immediately communicate issues.
- Accurately document, maintain and update reporting tasks and fields that are tracked on the custom reporting team's project management tool (e.g. Wrike)
- Demonstrate interpersonal skills and professionalism in collaborating and communicating with all colleagues and clients.QualificationsBachelors or Advanced Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or other quantitative discipline.
