Description:General Description:The Commercial Sales Representative is responsible for the servicing of a group of customers through relationship building, products, services, and information to achieve sales and profit objectives for the business as well as the Commercial Sales Representative. Duties Include:-- Create awareness and demand for the company's products and services. -- Establishing and maintaining Outside Sales Routes-- Identify opportunities, effectively communicating features and benefits of solutions to meet the needs of our customers.-- Maintain communications with internal personnel to ensure efforts are in line with objectives.-- Identify prospective customers by using business directories, leads from existing customers, participation in organizations/clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences.-- Maintain quote documentation and Pricing Structures relative to specific customers.-- Monitor market conditions, product and service innovations, as well as competitors' products, prices, and sales.-- Negotiate details of contracts and payments.-- Post-Sales follow up ensure all customers' expectations are met or exceeded, providing remedies when not.-- Servicing of Account from quoting, to delivery, to billing, to managing of Account's Receivables -- Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.Requirements:Sales Requirements:-- Customer-centric service philosophy-- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent Outside Sales Experience.-- Knowledge of various relationship sales techniques. -- Ability to build and maintain relationships. -- Ability to be flexible in a changing work environment for proper servicing of our business and customers' needs. -- Proficient Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.-- Excellent oral/written communication skills, including well-developed presentation skills.-- Possession of a valid driver's license.-- The ability to work in a fast-paced customer service-oriented environment.-- Team-Player: Works well as a member of a group.-- Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well.-- Able to perform physically demanding tasks.Physical Demands / Work Environment: -- Lifting: Frequent lifting over 50 pounds from ground to chest high. -- Occasional squatting, bending, and twisting.-- Standing for extended periods of time.-- Environment: Work in an environment that is not climate controlled.
