We are currently seeking a DEI Senior Program Manager This position will report to the Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Officer, this role is an integral part of the DEI team efforts to design and integrate a company-wide DEI strategy that aligns with the core vision, mission and values of the company. Key areas of focus include, but are not limited to, talent acquisition & career mobility, learning and development, workplace culture, community engagement, team member engagement and governance. The Senior Program Manager will work closely with the entire DEI team, members of the Human Resource team, and other groups as required to ensure integration of DEI principles into every facet of company processes and practices, execute on strategic priorities and drive successful outcomes. The ideal candidate is an agile, self-starter who thrives in an evolving and growth environment, is a continuous learner and thought leader who is passionate about DEI, and is proficient at designing, building and executing end to end programs and processes. With broad knowledge of DEI principles and practices, and a bias for action and execution, the ideal candidate excels in building and influencing cross-functional, collaborative relationships to drive results. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, related field or commensurate work experience - 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, DEI or Program / Project managementCollaborative & Cross Functional Leadership Work across functions, teams and with external partners (primarily Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Team Member networks and community groups) to support integration and execution of DEI strategies into enterprise and business processes and procedures. Influence & Change Management Effectively utilize change management strategies at all levels of the organization through influence of peers and leaders to introduce and integrate new concepts and ideas into existing culture. Presentation Development & Delivery Strong communications and interpersonal skills demonstrated through clear and concise oral and written presentations, speaking opportunities and content development. Organization & Time Management Manage details and logistics of multiple projects and programs with demonstrated ability to prioritize and remain flexible to meet evolving needs of the organization. Cultural Agility Adaptable to various levels of leadership and work styles to drive effective outcomes. Duties and Responsibilities: Program / Project Management
Coordinate, implement and manage key strategic DEI programs and initiatives to drive talent acquisition, learning and development strategies, an inclusive workplace, community and client engagement, and brand management goals across multiple geographies. Active review and systemic integration of DEI strategies into business policies, practices, and procedures.Work closely with Chief DEI Officer to develop and oversee governance and operations of strategic working groups and/or councils to imbed DEI strategy in the lines of business. Data Analytics & Reporting Drive development and communication of key diversity metrics through analysis of workforce data tools, building scorecards and dashboards, etc., to identify gaps and measure success of DEI programs and efforts. Benchmark and leverage best practices in DEI to build effective programs and processes.Own integration of DEI principles into internal and external surveys, track and communicate results, and develop and execute action plans.
