The successful candidate will use their knowledge and expertise to maintain equipment, manage resources, and ensure safety protocols are adhered to diligently. Monitor and adjust production equipment and machinery for optimum efficiency. Ensure strict quality control and adhere to safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and solve process-related issues. Record and report on process data and machinery performance. Assist in the implementation of new production methods and equipment. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and projects. Strong understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshooting.
