In this role, you will help maintain and service existing accounts while actively developing relationships with new B2B clients. You will receive hands-on training from industry experts to master the required skills using proven systems and processes. Key Responsibilities - Servicing and updating benefits on an existing book of business - Prospecting and developing new business opportunities (B2B) - Learning and executing proven sales systems and processes - Maintaining daily reporting of field activity using a Salesforce-based CRM - Participating in daily training, skill-building, and leadership development sessions Required Skills & Qualifications - A strong work ethic & perseverance: You are resilient, have thick skin to handle rejection, and are ready to put your absolute all into your career. - Some sales experience: Previous sales or customer service experience is highly preferred. - Language skills: Bilingual (fluent in Spanish and English) is a major plus. - Diverse backgrounds welcome: Candidates with a blue-collar work background are highly encouraged to apply—we view this as a huge advantage! Requirements - Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation - Authorized to work in the US - Note: There is a 90-day evaluation period before advancement into leadership roles.
